ZELDA ORIGINATED IN MAARYASHA'S GARAGE IN ELSTERNWICK IN 2018 AND HAS SINCE MOVED INTO A SHOP IN RIPPONLEA. ZELDA BAKERY IS COMMITTED TO BAKING FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY USING LOCAL INGREDIENTS AND SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES WHERE POSSIBLE.

ALL OUR BREADS ARE MADE USING A NATURAL LEAVEN, FLOUR, SALT AND WATER AND BAKED ON A STONE OVEN. ZELDA BAKERY IS KOSHER CERTIFIED CHALAV YISRAEL UNDER KOSHER AUSTRALIA.
